As I’ve often repeated, the only chance Obama will react with force against Iran’s nuke program is if he’s convinced Israel will attack Iran without him. The stakes in this shadowy game couldn’t be higher. For Obama, it’s his reelection and recreating America in his own image. For Netanyahu, it’s having his name become a synonym for Jewish timidity and an eponym for failing to use the means at his disposal to protect the Jewish people.
