Online Actions Have Consequences: Defendant in Rutgers Spying Case Guilty of Hate Crimes

And man, they got that sucker on the basis of bias against gays, and that doubles the time sentenced to 10 years behind bars.

This is supposed to be a "cautionary tale" to social media users, and although while Ravi's a malicious jerk who should be deported, I can see progressives using cases like this to criminalize conservatives for alleged "hate speech."
