Funny, tragic, or the result of smoking too much happy weed?
One year ago Barry & Congress self-congratulated themselves for their 'plan' to CUT $1.2 trillion from the budget deficit over ten (10) years.
The projected 2012 budget will ADD $1.2 trillion of debt over one (1) year.
And there are still people who take these clowns seriously?
