The last utter failure as President Jimmuh Carter 'gifted' us with the Department of Education, which (as is true of anything the government touches) guaranteed the failure of American education. The students paid the price in getting no education and being stupified, the teacher's unions reaped the profits in higher pay and benefits.
The current reigning 'champeen' failure as pResident Barry Obama nee' Soetoro has just implemented a 'changed' policy for graduating HS Seniors to give them 'hope' of collecting government handouts since they are now unemployably stupid and completely uneducated.
Sandra Fluke, the "progressive" 30-yr old student who wants 'free' government contraception could not be reached for comment.
