If the latest rumor of Hugo Chavez death is true, my thoughts go out to Joe Kennedy who will have to reshoot his Citizens Energy commercial that raises the Venezuelan dictator, an avowed hater of America (although an Obama supporter), to the level of saintly provider for the poor in the United States.
