Roughly 10% of the US annual supply of Silver was just vaporized.

Four million ounces of annual Silver supply and 400,000 ounces of annual Gold supply have just been 'vaporized' by a massive landslide.

Rio Tinto's [RTP] kennecott mine in Utah (which is the US's 2nd largest Silver mine) has just had a landslide which could shut down the mine for years. Over a billion tons of dirt have collapsed into the mine basin.

Bloody damned good thing there aren't ANY physical supply issues right now!
