Is that the wreck of the Graf Spee? I understood it was underwater and being salvaged....
If not can anyone say what ship it is?

Russian cruiser "Murmansk" at Sorvaer. Broke free on way to "Knacker's Yard" (scrapping) in 1994. Hope it helps. Sverdlov class, post war and most certainly not the Graf Spee...
