So the trainwreck known as ObamCare was 'dumped' sorta-kinda by its namesake yesterday, and has already very obviously been 'dumped' by its target audience, and the question has now arisen about just 'dumping' the whole stupid program.

BUT, how long before the idea of just 'dumping' the dumbass known as Obama takes hold?
