On December 8, 2009, Medal of Honor Recipient Dakota Meyer was ordered to stay behind as his patrol unknowingly headed towards enemy insurgents who awaited their arrival. They were outgunned, outnumbered, and they needed help. Now. Dakota's calls to enter the valley and support his teammates were rejected, but he went anyway. Because that's what brothers do.
