[This story segues right into what well-placed friends in Israel having been telling me all day: Meetings with "the security cabinet" have been "exceedingly harsh" with many ministers within and without the Likud assailing Netanyahu for accepting the ceasefire. This suggests to me - and I know I’ll be called cynical - that the driving force behind the renewed Israeli air attacks is something else besides Netanyahu's free will. df]

Likud's Danon had earlier said that Netanyahu's acceptance of ceasefire was "a slap in the face to all the residents of Israel."
