Why is all this coming from Central Government nicenesses instead of State agencies?
In the US, the States are left to regulate electricity. Now that it has shifted regulatory control of our heathcare/insurance away from the states, Central Government desperately needs to also control our energy.
The three pillars of socialist control are Education, Healthcare, Energy.
What better than a "Chinese Attack" to scare Americans into giving up more of our rights?
