It was not too swift of BHO and krewe to suggest that Russia be excluded from SWIFT (Society of Worldwide Interbank Financial Communications - the method nations handle global financial transactions) as part of their plan to 'isolate' Russia.
In addition to China starting the AIIB to compete with the US-controlled World Bank, guess what?
- China is setting-up CIPS (Chinese International Payment System). Yes, Russia will be participating. The US will not.....for now.
