[Always encouraging to have a brilliant thinker like Daniel Greenfield (Sultan Knish) inadvertently concur with one of my leitmotifs: liberal/left USA Jews - who are the majority here - are fast-becoming completely irrelevant to events in Israel and cutting themselves off from the Jewish state. Greenfield calls it a "growing gap between American Jews and Israel." On one hand, that is a tragedy, but on the other hand it is simply nature taking its course. df]
