Dean is not the "First" Skydiver/BASE Jumper to be claimed by "Yosemite!!" He will also not be the "Last!" My words sound "Harsh" to you but it's "True." He was preceded in Death by my friends Jim Tyler and Jan Davis, also a few others. There was a "Legal Window of "opportunity" to Jump El Cap years ago but it only lasted for a few days. 'Got your "El Cap Number??"

I'd say we have another Darwin award winner but he was old enough he probably passed along his genetic defects towards engaging in risks with no tangible reward. People like him are not as big a problem though as many others. His stupidity is usually fatal. It's the 'hold my beer and watch this' genetic insanity that clogs up ER's and drives up the cost of insurance and healthcare.

Good Lord! Have someone hold your beer? That's insanity indeed!
