For years I have been maligned
and vilified on an almost daily basis, so over time I have gotten somewhat used
to it. Over the past several weeks however, the attacks have grown in frequency
and intensity, and have crossed well into the realm of absurdity. Although I
have not until now felt the need to do so, I believe the time has come to say a
