The 'not normal' has recently become the 'new normal' according to some.

- Abnormal is, well.....abnormal. It is not normal, whatever you call it.

 

But that debate 'masks' something called "counterparty risk."

- Cue a big Marty Feldman eyeroll here, along with a patented Ann Barnhardt eyeroll into the bargain.

 

The COMEX now has claims per ounce of deliverable Gold is 126:1.

- That's 126 'owners' with paper claim checks for every physical ounce of Gold.

 

The 'risk?'

- Enough 'owners' trying to take delivery of physical Gold and not accepting paper Dollars instead. 

 

Ann Barnhardt was so right, so early, compared to the rest of us.

- "If you're still in these markets, you're either stupid or on drugs."
