Los Angeles Homeless Woman Died of Exposure on Skid Row Sidewalk During El Niño Storm

Totally preventable and obscene.

Apparently, the woman refused shelter services from homeless advocates, but it's a Democrat city. Those ghouls want to take everything else. Why didn't they take this poor lady off the sidewalk, at least on a temporary mental health hold?
