I'm a deplorable carnivore, I admit it.
- No "tofurkey" will ever insult my plate or palate.
That said, take a 'gander' at this Thanksgiving menu from the Windsor Hotel in St Paul, Minnesota from 1883.
- I cannot help but think we have "lost" something on the fabled and imaginary "road to progress"...everything on it looks like "real [read: natural]" and not "processed [read: factory produced]" food that I'd enjoy eating.
Just one more example of "you don't know what you've lost until it's gone."
