U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals: Voter ID Law Is NOT Discriminatory

The 4^th District U.S. Court of Appeals has issued a unanimous ruling upholding Virginia’s Voter ID law, striking a blow to the Virginia Democrat Party who argued that the state’s Republicans passed the law in an attempt to suppress the youth and minority vote.   (continue reading)
