A proposal to save each American taxpayer ~$1,600 per year by not allowing welfare-dependent immigrants to permanently resettle in the US is certain to make "progressives" explode with self-righteous anger and fury.
- At the core of it, not trying to spend as much taxpayer's money as you possibly can is something not embedded in their genetic code.
But what an absolutely novel idea! Makes you wonder why it hasn't been tried sooner?
- How much taxpayer money could be saved this way in Britain? The EU?
But the iceberg below the visible 'tip' is this:
