The 'Rule of Law' is dead in America.- It was murdered in broad daylight by Democrats [read: Communists] like Barry Soetoro and Hillary Rotten Clinton who only believe in Alinsky's 'Rules for Radicals.' America does NOT have two different 'justice systems' but only the echoes of what once was a system of justice.- Until it was 'fundamentally transformed' and 'changed' into a Socialist-run 'deep state' tyranny that Stalin and Mao would recognize instantly. Ask "what 'happens' when we the people figure this out?"

It was murdered LONG before then.
It was murdered in 1992 when Lon Horiuchi murdered an unarmed woman holding a baby and was not even charged.
It was murdered before then in the 70s when the FedPigs knew Whitey Bulger was murdering people but refused to stop him or even charge him. It was further murdered when the prosecutors under Mueller charged men they KNEW were innocent of those murders and convicted them anyway, hiding exculpatory evidence.
It was murdered in Waco when the FedPigs trumped up a warrant for a machine gun that DID NOT EXIST and murdered 76 men, women, and children.
It was murdered in 2012 when Lake County Deputies murdered Andrew Lee Scott in his own home at 1:30 on a Sunday morning. Mr. Scott did not know the man they were looking for. The suspect they were after had never even been in Mr. Scott's apartment. However, Mr. Scott did make the mistake of going to the door of his apartment at 1:30 in the morning with a gun in his hand to find out who was pounding on his door. The Only One never bothered to identify themselves as "Law Enforcement". The murderer claimed he had done so, but his partner refused to back up his lies. The murderers were not charged.
It was murdered in 2014 when Dallas "Law Enforcement" officers murdered Jerry Waller in his own garage and were not charged. "Wrong address".
THERE ARE NO "GOOD COPS".
