While regretfully not physically there with you, I am there in thought and spirit!
Today I am giving THANKS that America ever existed.
Why do I say that you may ask (especially if you were indoctrinated - not educated - in a 'public' school)...here is WHY:
- The Plymouth Colony was organized under the "Mayflower Compact" (a set of Socialist principles) which actually killed HALF the colonists before Bradford (realizing these ideas would kill everyone, including him) abandoned the 'communal compact' for capitalism.
= Had he not America might never have existed at all.
