Jimmuh Carter's [D] Department of Education was an epic FAIL, but not untypical of when .Gov gets involved in anything.
- Hell, they couldn't manage to run a Nevada whorehouse that sold cigarettes, booz, and wimmin after seizing it over a tax beef (despita ll three having a long and proven track record).
eDucation has been NO different, but it's worth noting that it has been at it's worst in Dem-controlled locales like Chicago, Commifornie, F. NYC, and in this example Baltimore.
