Steak N' Shake may not re-market themselves, but they have already done irreparable harm to the brand when they went to kiosk ordering only and picking up your food from a counter. Then have the audacity to have you wait 15 minutes for two burgers and warmed over fries because $0.00 tip. They have nothing to crow about.
