I'd be one of the last persons on earth to deny that more than a few of our military's senior orifices did not deserve a solid 3-stooges-slap, and a few of them a round of Al Capone batter up (in the case of Miley, a recall to active duty as a 2Lt to face a courts martial for treason would be pretty gratifying), but I doubt a public humiliation ritual is in the cards for these folks.
An invocation of the Insurrection Act is a serious possibility however.
