In response to the SJW 'Judge' from RI that 'ordered/demanded' the USDA to pay SNAP [Food Stamp] benefits the USDA tells the Judge "no money, honey...it all be spent." [That's my short version; the original response is attached here as a .pdf. It says "...all funds have been distributed."].
It must have been a gratifying effort for one Branch of Government to draft such an elegant FUCK YOU [read: pucker up buttercup and kiss my ass] to another Branch of Government that has no authority over it, or any other Branch of Government.
