Some are reporting that the Minnesota Somali's have stolen as much as $8 Billion dollars.
When Somali criminals with an average IQ of 67 can manage to scam the Minnesota taxpayer out of EIGHT BILLION DOLLARS that either speaks to (a) someone inside the system [D?] being in on the fraud, or (b) just how STUPID MInnesotans are.
