I have been thinking abut this for a time. Take a target, a chopper and some commies. Different heights speeds etc would add degrees of difficulty. Hogtied or freestyle (extra marks for aerobatics/flapping on way down). Wonder if it would work over water like the Dambusters.
There again I could just be nuts!!!

Air Pinochet would be FAR more effective using miltary transport aircraft. Tie the sewage together and put a parachute on the one at the back of the cargo bay. Climb to 1,000 feet, open the rear cargo door, and deploy the parachute.
Most beneficial if done over a sh!+hole hive!!!
