NORFOLK (Oct. 22, 2010) Sailors assigned to Riverine Group 1 conduct maneuvers aboard Riverine Command Boat (Experimental) (RCB-X) at Naval Station Norfolk. The RCB-X is powered by an alternative fuel blend of 50 percent algae-based and 50 percent NATO F-76 fuels to support the secretary of the Navy's efforts to reduce total energy consumption on naval ships. Guess who won the Urban Shield Training competition in the USA?
Twenty-nine teams took part. Besides Oakland, the Bay Area agencies, teams from Jordan, Israel, Bahrain, and SWAT teams from the San Francisco Police Department and San Francisco FBI office participated.

New Voting Dates for November Election
This year, the new voting dates instituted by Congress will go into effect for the first time.
In order to have more orderly polling places, all Democrats will vote on November 3 and Republicans and Independents will vote on November 2.
Please let everyone know in order to avoid chaos at the polling places.
Remember:
Vote in November!!!
Republicans and Independents on November 2;
Democrats on November 3.
