VBS TV: The Indy Mile........
The Indy Mile is the oldest contest for motorcycle racing’s oldest discipline: dirt track. You’ve seen this stuff on TV before—it’s that extremely loud track party that has your dad and uncles screaming at the tube through the haze of Camel smoke and Old Milwaukee fumes and your mother annoyed or mortally frightened. In other words: it is fucking excellent. The race itself is physically grueling, with madmen looping around a mile-long oval track and sliding into turns at around 70 miles per hour—in general, looking like the trifling laws of physics don’t really apply. Competitors travel across the country all year competing for rewards that barely cover travel expenses, so in this episode of Americana we thought we’d take you to Indianapolis, Indiana, to investigate what motivates these beastly riders and to celebrate everything it is they do and stand for.

- Well, they can all 'reconcile' this: I 'deem' they no longer have my consent, they are un-Constitutional and illegal poseurs who have hijacked our Republic and are NOT legitimate authority. Not after this.

- I acknowledge NO legitimate authority on their part, over me.

Heated Seats........
I have always loved a gas Guzzling Car for their comfort & safety. I took out a Cadillac Escalade for a test drive the other day just to drive that sucker before they become extinct.
The salesman sat in the front seat describing the car and all its wonderful options.
The seats were of particular interest. He explained that the seats directed warm air to your butt in the winter and directed cool air to your butt in the summer heat.
I stated the car must be a Republican car. He asked why I thought it was a Republican car and I explained that if it were a Democratic car, the seats would blow smoke up your ass year-round

This is what the looting of America looks like. "This is your GDP on Government Debt."
This is beyond Keynes-on-crack! The absolutely insane spending spree Washington has been induldging in is NOT sustainable. We are already paying a very high price, and you haven't seen anything yet!
It makes me wonder what kind of drugs they are using in DC.....unless, of course, it is your "witting, willful, and knowing intention" to wreck the country financially. If the latter is the case, this is exactly the way to do it!

And not before time.
Taranaki town Stratford is to honour its Gallipoli hero, Lieutenant Colonel William Malone.
A life-size bronze statue of Lt Col Malone was approved by Stratford District Council yesterday and could be unveiled on August 8 – the anniversary of the World War 1 battle for Chunuk Bair in Turkey, The Taranaki Daily News reported.
Lt Col Malone, 52, died on Chunuk Bair on August 9, 1915, probably from friendly fire from a British warship.

Is there a doctor in the house...........
My mothers leg swelled up last thursday and is causing her great pain. The skin is yellowish with purple blotches, her red red blood cell count is well below normal. She has an underactive thyroid. The NHS doctors are still running tests. Any ideas what could be causing it?
