You know, Mr "spread-the-wealth around. The Marxist who lied to us all that his "stimuLess" and 'recovery' plan would prevent massive unemployment...blah-blah-blah.
I am uninterested in what he says anymore because it is (a) usually a lie, (b) always the opposite of what he intends to do, and (c) is frankly moronic drivel read from his teleprompter, and (d) reliably pure BS.
- It is far MORE crucial to keep an eye on what he actually DOES. While he has always been more of a 'talker' than a 'doer' the results so far have been simply horrible (unless you're so confused and misquided that you think Marx, Lenin, Stalin and Mao were really swell fella's who deserved better followers and fellow-travelers and then things would have been just ducky under them...)!

I only ask this because the military (not the idiots at the MOD) are being targeted 'cos they can't fight back. The civil service (whose incompetance got the UK into an unholy mess) seem to be untouchable when it comes to heads on blocks and being held responsible for their f**k ups. Our military is being destroyed by a prime minister, who doesn't care. Our long term security is in jeopardy by a bunch of assholes who have never studied history. How many of the British cabinet have ever 'worn green'.

To justify our military involvement in Libya, Obama applied a completely prefabricated doctrine - Right to Protect (“R2P”) - with no legal status that was dreamed up in the leftist hothouses of academia. Then he skirted Congress and quickly passed the baton to NATO to finish the job. That was in March. Four months later, Qaddafi is still standing and nobody knows how many innocent lives have been lost in the fight to “protect” them.
Meanwhile, back in Syria, another Arab dictator more brutal than Qaddafi, and twice as dangerous, has squared off against his own people, killing them in wholesale numbers that haven’t been tabulated yet but are estimated to be in the thousands. Yet for some strange reason, our Fearless Feckless Leader won’t even send them an encouraging word, let alone exercise the Right to Protect them.
Say what you will about Obama’s hidden motives, I don’t think we need to drill below what we see on the surface. Obama is a man with a glib tongue who appeared suddenly out of left field and at first hid his distorted values from view. Now in power, he sees the U.S. government as his tool to recreate America and the world in his image. That much is obvious. And so is the crucial need to take the tool out of his hands come November of next year. df

The Greek debacle should be a "wake up" call to the rest of us, but it won't be.
When reality "hits" us upside the head with a gigantic clue-bat, it will come as a complete surprise to most.
The world will wake up to the reality that everyone is broke and can collect nothing from the bankrupt, who are owwed unlimted amounts by the insolvent, who are attempting to make late payment on a bank holiday in the wrong country, with an unacceptable currency, against defaulted collateral, of which nobody is sure who holds title.
