2011.............from Rico
It's worthwhile remembering way back to 2009 when the talking heads and teleprompter readers were seeing "green shoots of recovery" all over the place.
Yeah.
- Riiiiiight.
It turns out that 2011 was the worst year on record for US housing sales since....since records started being kept.
Idiots or clueless clowns?
- No matter. The end result is the same.
And they keep expecting people to 'trust' them and 'believe' them.
- And, roughly half the people will...they also report Elvis sightings regularly, too.

The Bear...........
A priest, a Pentecostal preacher, and a rabbi all served as chaplains to the students at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. They would get together two or three times a week for coffee and to talk shop. One day, someone made the comment that preaching to people isn't really all that hard. A real challenge would be to preach to a bear. One thing led to another and they decided to do an experiment. They would all go out into the woods, find a bear, preach to it, and attempt to convert it.
Seven days later, they're all together to discuss their experience.
Father Flannery, who has his arm in a sling, is on crutches and has various bandages on his body and limbs, goes first. "Well," he says, "I went into the woods to find a bear. And when I found him I began to read to him from the catechism. Well, that bear wanted nothing to do with me and began to slap me around. So I quickly grabbed my holy water, sprinkled him and, Holy Mary Mother of God, he became as gentle as a lamb. The bishop is coming out next week to give him first communion and confirmation."
Reverend Billy Bob spoke next. He was in a wheelchair, with an IV drip in his arm and both legs in casts. In his best fire and brimstone oratory he exclaimed, "WELL, brothers, you KNOW that we don't sprinkle! I went out and I FOUND a bear. And then I began to read to my bear from GOD'S HOLY WORD! But that bear wanted nothing to do with me. So I took HOLD of him and we began to wrestle. We wrestled down one hill, UP another and DOWN another until we came to a creek. So I quickly DUNKED him and BAPTIZED his hairy soul. And just like you said, he became as gentle as a lamb. We spent the rest of the day praising Jesus."
The priest and the reverend both looked down at the rabbi, who was lying in a hospital bed. He was in a body cast and in traction, with monitors, and tubes running in and out of him. He was in real bad shape.
The rabbi looks up and says, "In retrospect, the best way to start may not have been circumcision."

The "Narrative" Killer.............by Dan Friedman
If only the truth mattered. But during a pandemic of Jew-hatred such as we are (re)-experiencing today, it doesn’t. The fever grows and builds to a frenzy, sweeping aside logic and sanity in its path. And that’s the way it’s been for thousands of years – until now. The Jewish state is 64-years-old and has been blessed with awesome power and assigned to protect the Jews and stop the age-old madness in its tracks. The only question now is whether Israel has the will to carry out the mission. We should have our answer before the year is out. Hold on tight. History is going to change, or it’s going to repeat itself.

Silver..................from Rico
Spot silver closed today at $33.85/oz. One year ago today it was $27.08/oz.
- Well...paper Silver anyway. Try finding any physical Silver, and if you can expect to pay a 'premium' over this artificially low and heavily-manipulated 'spot'...and be a good sport and let Eric Sprott where you found your Silver, would you? With production rates falling, and demand rising, he's having one heck of a time getting his hands on the physical stuff. I rather admire him for his efforts, and for being honest into the bargain...it's much harder to acquire and hold physical [PHYS, PSLV] than it is for the crooks he's competing with [GLD, SLV] who can so easily create paper holdings with a computer-keystroke.
Meanwhile, those of us who aren't billionaires like Eric are buying American Silver Eagles and Canadian Maple Leafs as fast as possible.
- Look at these charts of domestic mine production and domestic demand for Silver coins and decide for yourself where this is headed.
