Surf's up!............from Rico
The "recovery" keeps stumbling along but Obamunists and their cheerleading squad (the MSM) are saying surf's up! Right.
Something is UP...unemployment, personal bankruptcies, and the next wave of ARM resets that will clobber the economy just like subprime did a bit ago.
If ou live on the beach and the water suddenly withdraws, it is NOT time to look for pretty shells in the sand...it means a tidal wave is coming.

Krafty Kraft
Jonathan Gabay of Brand Forensics posted an interesting article at Business and Politics blog about the impending takeover of British chocolate manufacturer Cadbury by Kraft:
Unless there is a last minute change by January 25th, it appears that global brand giant, Kraft Foods has succeeded in a £11.9bn bid to buy one the UK’s best loved brands, Cadbury.
Kraft increased its bid from an initial offer of 771p a share back in September 2009 to 840p plus a dividend (the equivalent of 8581/2 p, including the fee). Read the rest of the article about Cadbury's

I just saw this flag (American-made) and immediately liked it.
The first American revolution was against an oppressive King.
Many would argue that the second American revolution is against an oppressive government
...but an oppressive King works for me here, too.
The II reminds me of the Second Amendment.
