A Star Is Born?............by Dan Friedman
On Monday, June 13, CNN will host the first New Hampshire Republican Presidential Debate, live from Manchester, NH at 8 p.m. ET.
Answering questions will be former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, Texas Rep. Ron Paul, former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Georgia businessman Herman Cain.
Definitely watch this one. A strong performance from Bachmann could propel her into the heart of the race for the nomination. For a sign that that’s happened, in the days right after the debate look for a sudden surge of neo-BDS (Bachmann Derangement Syndrome) in the left-liberal blogosphere and their fellow travelers in the lamestream media. Keep your eye on MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow and Andrew Sullivan of the Daily Beast. Each is a hysterical lefty who has certain issues with women, and they scare easily.

Calculus on why Anthony Weiner will not return in 2012, no matter what....from Shelly
Here's something not being carried by the mainstream media folks:
The State of New York lost two seats in the House in the most current re-apportionment. What does this mean? There is going to be two less Congressional districts in New York State for the next election. The State Legislature is re-drawing the lines right now.
Does anyone care to venture a guess which particular district(s) may be eliminated? Weiner may be "The Gift that Keeps on Giving" to the Republicans in the House, but he has also made the work of the State Legislature in New York a whole lot easier.

Oh for f**ks sake.........
The film 'The Dambusters' does not read re-making, the original is a classic although a little bit of digital retouching of the scenes at the dams wouldn't hurt. I recommend the book 'The Dambusters' by Paul Brickhill to everyone as the achievements of 617 squadron through out the war were amazing. How many of our readers know that it was they who sank the Tirpitz (with an assist from No9 Sqdn). They took precision bombing to a whole new level with the 'Tallboys' and Grand Slams'. Actually a Grandslam or two wouldn't go amiss on Iran's nuke sites. Cheap, accurate (no need for all that GPS/Laser malarkey)and totally effective. With modern explosives in one you would get even better results. A good bomb aimer might be handy!!

Dambusters dog to be renamed Digger for remake of iconic film... because N-word might offend Americans
