NYC Mayor Bloomberg has a weekly radio show and takes calls from listeners. Here a NY Post story recounts some of the conversation that took place this past Friday. Please note: For all its ills, NYC is still the home of standards and professionalism, and that goes double for Ray Kelly’s police department. That puts these “protestors” in a bind. They’ll need to become louder and more disruptive to keep the media focused on them, and that in turn will give the NYPD no choice but to clamp down. I can’t say how long it will take, but eventually the “occupiers” will learn they're not in Kansas anymore, they’re in Waterloo.
Meanwhile, for the benefit of Republicans and their strategists, the time is ripe to remind Americans that Obama owns this mess.

The “Occupy Wall St. movement” and the people behind it face an irreconcilable internal contradiction. The centrist American people know it’s obviously a leftist enterprise with some union muscle imported for laughs. So the longer the protests last and the more disruptive they get, the greater the opportunity to remind the country it’s unnecessary upheaval spawned by Obama’s regime. Republicans, the election is approaching. When it comes to the “Occupy Wall St. movement” your mission – and you must not refuse it – is to connect the dots and make certain every American understands that Obama owns it.
