For some reason this reminded me of Johnny Carson's last night hosting 'The Tonight Show' when he had the song "Thanks For The Memories" played to end his participation in the famed TV show.
What can any of us say to Wall Street but "thanks, for...." you jamokes!

I personally wasn't expecting this, but since Team Obama's campaigning for reelection on the dirtiest platform in American history, it makes perfect sense. Indeed, joking about O's birth certificate is a brilliant burst of spontaneity on the eve of the Republican National Convention. Progressives can get all bent out of shape that Mitt dared even question --- even jokingly --- Barack Hussein's eligibility for the Oval Office. Meanwhile, O's media lapdogs will eat it up, looking to smear the GOP ticket as extremists and "birthers," which nicely takes the focus off the left's abortion obsession.

Someone in the Obama campaign should notify the President that talks between the UN and Iran have broken down again and that the rogue country is close to building a nuclear weapon.

A boondoggle expenditure to shift the Medicare Advantage CUTS most do not know about yet FROM happening 2-weeks before the Nov election until AFTER the election.
What voters do not know (especially seniors) CAN hurt them.
- Better to know now than find out later (when it's too late).

Yesterday I remarked to a friend that a precious metals "paper raid" by the cartel was to be expected today.
- Right on time, here it is. Yawn.....
The banksters (JPM and HSBC) and their central bank masters were 'stung' by gold breaching 1650 and silver 30, both heavily-defended lines in the sand by them.
- The naked-short positions are causing some pain for the former, and the obvious referendum on the 'worth' of the fiat Dollar isn't making Benny too happy either.
The games continue, but are not even close to over.
- Note I said "paper raid" above since there is a physical bullion shortage in the background, and there simply is NO WAY the fraudsters can hypothecate or rehypothecate paper into bullion.
The medieval alchemists were never able to turn lead into gold, and our contemporary alchemists at the COMEX or LBMA cannot change paper into physical either.

It's not here just yet...but a crisis is coming.
One 'sign' is the slow shift from ZIRP (zero interest rate policy) to NIRP (negative interest rate policy).
- Buying more time from the loan shark (the Fed).
Look at the charts presented.
- ANY upward movement in interest rates on US national debt would be a national disaster.
Since the US is in debt to the FED (a privately owned, for-profit bank), why do the Republicans 'toy' with returning to a 'gold standard' as an idea instead of 'end the Fed' and returning to the US Treasury to issue currency?
- The politicians and the Fed contrived to create this financial situation, a default on the Fed debt and a return to a true sovereign currency controlled by the US would save a lot of future pain.
