I thought it was a little odd (convieniant)that they didnt show the disclaimer that they say pops up due to the computer freezing. Also Glenn saying that "I wouldnt try this on my computer so i took someone elses" seemed fishy.... So i went to the car.gov site and tried it myself. I couldnt even find a dealer support page. Let alone the submit button he was talking about.
