the first government issue paper money was probably issued in China.
But yes, the towelheads most likely invented banking and exported it to Europe from where it came to America.
He forgets one thing in the video, and that's that it's almost certainly already too late.
The only thing left is for citizens to abolish the dollar (and any other currency not backed by the gold standard) and effectively start from scratch.
