As Charles Krauthammer comments here, Obama’s decision to hide Fast & Furious behind a shield of Executive Privilege has made the botched operation (and its cover-up) a story the MSM can no longer bury. Today, the Washington Post admits as much by publishing a scorecard, What is What is "Fast and Furious?", to bring its clueless readers up to speed – more than a year after the fact! This is an unforced error by Obama caused by pressure from the new media and the Republican Congress. It’s a basic PR mistake the White House, and Holder’s DOJ, would have never made if they were not in a panic.
