Let's see...failure to raise the debt limit is being cast as a failure.

- That's back asswards. The US has borrowed so very much money already because it is spending money it does not have, that it has to borrow even MORE money to cover the debt it has already buried itself in...creating additional debt.

Stopping the insane and wasteful spending is sane, and hardly a 'failure' in this context.

So, PLEASE shut the govermnt down. Stop the reckless spending, and stop a runaway government frm doing more of what it has no business doing in the first place.

- Putting a halt to things right NOW by choice will be a lot less painful than it will be when no more money can be borrowed and there is NO choice but to end it all.

The governments of Greece and Zimbabwe declined to comment.

This weeks edition of the Watcher's Council is dedicated to the potential horror show of medicine that may soon be coming to a doctors office near you in the form of Obamacare.

That is of course if you are able to find a doctor anywhere in the vicinity of where you live or work.

And then, if you are lucky enough to find such a doctor, will the wait for an available appointment to have an infection checked out be three months down the road by which time you may have to have that body part removed?

Finally will this doctor who happens to be available to you, one who has chosen to continue to be a doctor, be a doctor who is qualified and talented enough to determine exactly which body part it is that requires removing?

Good question but it better be something that minimizes the destructive impact of Obamacare, holds the majority in the House and gets a majority in the Senate in 2014 while at the same time wins back the White House in 2016. 

If these don't occur Obamacare could be the least of our country's problems!
