Zimbabwe booted out the white farmers about 15 years ago and is now wooing them back because there's little food. There's even talk of compensation for the evil inflicted upon the farmers. The joy of the black farm workers having their old employers return is heartwarming. Haiti has been, from what I've read and seen, a cot case for many years and in a class of its own when it comes to disfunction.
