'I Wed Iranian Girls Before Execution'

Ah, the Religion of Peace! So humanitarian! So moral!

How about cruel, depraved and psycho?

"In a shocking and unprecedented interview, directly exposing the inhumanity of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's religious regime in Iran, a serving member of the paramilitary Basiji militia has told this reporter of his role in suppressing opposition street protests in recent weeks.

"He has also detailed aspects of his earlier service in the force, including his enforced participation in the rape of young Iranian girls prior to their execution.

"Founded by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in 1979 as a "people's militia," the volunteer Basiji force is subordinate to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and intensely loyal to Khomeini's successor, Khamenei." I Wed Iranian Girls Before Execution

John Jay asks, Where in the World is Christine Amanpour? Somewhere, no doubt, suffering patriarchy, Republicans, and Global Warming Deniers. How dreadful!

You've got artillery.

Greetings from the bottom of the world readers.

For those that are unaware I run a pre-gunpowder research group here in New Zealand. Very shortly an exhibition of my initial (three years worth) research will be opening. Being a poor student I survive entirely on the good will of sponsors and to date of eight large machines I have four that are sponsored by bloggers, in particular mil-blogger.

My two large trebuchets, Katie and Sir Isaac, are now the Battery of Argghh! See them in action here. Being sponsored by US artillery. Vespasian, one of only five lithobolos' in the world today, is sponsored by Canadian cavalry, while Chucky, my small onager goes to the New Zealand infantry. Are we seeing a theme?

Well anyway I chatted to Theo about it and we were going to put up bleg post in an effort to get other arms to take a shot at sponsoring a machine of their own. Then I thought, well hell, the liberals are already looking at me sideways but its guys like us that have already ponyed up for the machines, so what the hell. The machine pictured in the article, Marius will now be going into the exhibition with a credit of being sponsored by the readers of the Last of the Few, because I’m the magister tormentorum and I can do whatever I bloody like. Besides Theo has already made a donation to the cause.

So there you go, you have your own dedicated machine and your contributing to the education/corruption of minors. If you feel moved to throw some sheckles in the tip jar a donation can be made via paypal to my email address 22adartillery@gmail.com

Co-incidentally the exhibition opens August 8th which is my regiments Corps Day. Expect pictures. Name that battle and win ten points of your very own (Not open to denizens of Argghhh)

THIS DAY IN HISTORY: ME 262

Serious contender for the coolest airplane that ever flew, the Messerschmitt ME-262 test flew using only its jet engines for the first time 18 July 1942 in Leipheim near Günzburg, Germany, piloted by Fritz Wendel. This was almost nine months ahead of the British Gloster Meteor's first flight on 5 March 1943.

Allied pilots referred to it as the "Blow Job".

COWBOY BALLAD

Most people have heard the song "El Paso" by Marty Robbins, a ballad about a cowboy and young woman named Felina. It was a very popular song back in its day, still heard today on the 'oldies' stations.

Well there is another song written by Marty Robbins that was never popular. I am sure most people don't know it even exists. It is called "Felina".

If you don't know the song "El Paso" you will not appreciate the other song "Felina".

WWI Veteran Henry Allingham Dies Aged 113

Mr Allingham once attributed his grand age to 'cigarettes, whisky and wild, wild women'.

He described to the Daily Mail how he remained haunted by scenes from the third battle of Ypres.
'They would just stand there in two feet of water in mud-filled trenches, waiting to go forward,' he said.
'They knew what was coming. It was pathetic to see those men like that.
'In many ways I don't think they have ever got the admiration and respect they deserved.'
He was also shot in the arm, telling the newspaper: 'The bullet passed through my arm and out the other side.
'They just bandaged me up and sent me out again. It's so long ago that the scar has gone.' 18 July 2009

Senator Boxer offends head of Black Chamber of Commerce at Energy Hearing.....

This Video is Somethin' Else: Senator Boxer starts off by complaining about how the prior Senator went over his allotted 5 minutes of speaking time, and insists that she get to do the same (prompting laughter amongst the aides behind her)... and then proceeds to lead the hearing downhill from there. She clearly brings race into the matter... and is about as condescending as can be.

What's working Joe?..............from Rico

Joe Biden says "It's working" but as usual, he's either lying or missing the point.

Mid-way through July there have now been 57 bank failures this year. This compares to 25 failures last year, and 3 (three) in 2007.

"Crashing" the system is certainly "working" but damned little else is.

This post is a part of an on-going series History of US Army Special Forces on STORMBRINGER

Given the maritime nature throughout their Area of Operations and Responsibility (AOR), 1st Group SF teams are proficient at maritime operations; surface & sub-surface swimmer infil supported by Zodiac boats and kayaks launched from "mother-ships", submarine lock-out, ramp-launched from MH-47 or MH-53 Special Operations helicopters, or even via parachute from MC-130 aircraft. The teams also infil via fast-rope insertion - allowing them to land directly on top of their target - and military free-fall HALO (High-Altitude, Low-Opening) parachuting, exiting aircraft at 25,000 feet and landing within 75 feet of the objective.

"There are those who still think they are holding the pass against a revolution that may be coming up the road. But they are gazing in the wrong direction. The revolution is behind them. It went by in the Night of Depression, singing songs to freedom." La Cultus

Old Friend John Jay Writes:

friends:

my congressman, "doc" hastings, ran a janitorial service in the tri-cities, washington, before being elected to congress.

i have met him. he is a boob. a good enough natured boob, but he is not a man of intellectual substance.

sonny bono's wife is in congress.

do any of you see an emerging pattern?

when you have people in politics of little substance, and who either do not understand the philosophical underpinnings of our way of life, or are incapable of understanding them, or, far worse, are totally incapable of even an inkling of comprehending them, ... , then, our system of government is absolutely incapable of defending itself against attack by those who would usurp our liberties.

as is the case, right now.

the republicans, thoroughly mediocre to the bone, are incapable of intellectually comprehending the dangers to our liberty, they simply do not see the denounment looming, nad they have not the stuff to rise up and defend us.

they are, moreover, rank physical cowards, as people often are who have very thinkly developed intellects. they are not guided by principle, but by the precepts of survival.

we are in very big trouble.

if anybody is going to assert our liberties, it is going to have to be ourselves.

the republicans simply are not up to the job, no way, no how, no siree bob.

THEY ARE MASTERS AT CHESS

What is REALLY happening here?

By now we've all seen it - those of us who monitor the modern alternate to the mainstream media - the Russian handshake snub to President Obama. The question is, did they refuse the handshakes BEFORE or AFTER Obama gave up the missile shield?

My take on it: the Russians are masters at chess. What you saw there was not spontaneous, and nobody at that level in Russia does anything that outrageous without a plan. That was a deliberate move.

What I'm saying happened is a team of Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) psychologists analyzed Obama's narcissist make up, and coached the Russian negotiating team. They put Obama so far off his game that, when it was time to sit down to do the talking, he was so desperate to be liked he gave up the major tenet of US foreign policy - the missile shield - without asking a thing in return.

Me? If I was President and a team of Russians did a thing like that to me, I'd say, "Fine. Have a nice party. F*ck you very much." Then flip them all the digitus impudicus and turn and leave the room.

You're the President of the United States, Mr. Obama, the Leader of the Free World and the single most powerful man in the world, and you let a bunch of horse traders play you like a cheap fiddle. Smooth move, Mr. President.
NOT.
