Obama's Strategic Oil Reserve Scam
Clever fraud that Obama and his "community organizers" are perpetrating upon the American public. Right out of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.
Blame the release of oil from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve on disruption from Libya, knowing that Libya oil imports last year were less than 8/10th of 1% of our foreign oil imports, the proverbial drop in the bucket.
"The oil price" drops immediately, fooling the public, even before any Strategic Petroleum Reserve oil flows down a pipeline. Apparently, this does not seem strange to our liberal media which eagerly reports the decrease in "the oil price."
But, Obama and his "community organizers" know that "the oil price," the ONLY oil price reported by the media, is the Wall Street gamblers' guess of the commodity oil price six (6) months in the future. They also know that the ACTUAL oil prices reported by the Department of Energy have been increasing for five (5) straight weeks and the ACTUAL OPEC oil price last week was $114.15 a barrel.
Our liberal media hides the ACTUAL oil prices. The media does not want anyone to know that US oil is always cheaper than OPEC foreign oil.
A very clever fraud. With the help of the media, it will probably work.

Without parsing Benny of the Fed's words, it is clear that what he MEANS is more QE just by another name...more money printing. Read his lips!

Failed peace processor and Obama cat’s-paw, Dennis Ross, addressed Shimon Peres’ Presidential Conference in Jerusalem and gave Israel some advice to help it commit suicide. Ross warned that unless peace talks with the Paleostinians resume soon, Israel would face “growing international isolation” and “the threat of rockets and missiles would grow by the day.” No, it was not Ross’s attempt at a joke, it was the same warmed over condescending scenario we’ve heard in one form or another from Day One. Earlier versions included the dreaded “demographic time bomb” that would eliminate Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. One way or another, though, there is a dog nipping at Israel’s heels and Obama and his Jewish front men always know what’s best to get the cur off Israel’s back – reduce the size of the tiny country and increase its exposure to attack. Hey, what are friends for?
There is good news that may yet come out of Ross’s threat. Judging by Netanyahu’s recent Oval Office rebuke, and his reception from Congress a day after, scaring Israel into the arms of its enemies is a tactic that’s outlived its usefulness and no longer works. What will Obama think of next?
