Molhem Barakat, Syrian Teenager, Dead After Reuters Gave Him a Camera and Used Him as a Stringer

Reuters has a long history of embedding reporters and photographers with insurgents in war zones.

This time, the news company gave a camera to a Syrian teenager whose brother was a rebel fighter.

They both died in December.

His last tweet brags about unlocking a new level in a computer racing game; his Facebook account is full of smiling selfies.

Anne Hathaway Nearly Drowns in Hawaii

The difference for Anne Hathaway is that when she was literally screaming for her life, being pulled down below the surface with her hands waving in distress, a paparazzi cameraman was there to record the emergency.

Yeah, and TMZ couldn't resist going with the gross toe-sucking angle, the pervs, "Anne Hathaway — Near-Death Encounter ... Gets Mouth-to-Toe Resuscitation."

God bless Hathaway. No one, not even a stuck up celebrity like her, ought to have a dangerous private moment like this ripped from private life and made gross tabloid fodder.
