Happy St. George's Day. My sympathies to the patriots in Bradford who've had their parade cancelled for fear of upsetting the People of No Discernible Religious Affiliation population there.
We had Jerusalem as one of the hymns at our wedding (my choice), so it is great here it, both for memories of our wedding and also as a proud Englishman!

Ah, Jerusalem. What a wonderful piece of music. That's our real national anthem right there.
Happy St George's Day.
Please will you now do the same for 'Land of Hope and Glory', our real national anthem.

Happy St.George's day to all true Englishmen.
Happy St. George's Day!
Do you think it ought to be a Bank Holiday?
If Jerusalem was renamed Al Quds would the Bishop of Southwark allow it to be sung again?
curly: Happy St George's Day to you and all.
No, St George's Day should remain a working day as a symbol of England paying for the rest of the UK.
Thanks Theo, It's great to know there are other patriotic Englishmen out there who are not ashamed to proclaim our national day.
"Cry God for Harry, England and St.George!"
So long England, we'll miss you.
