Son said they had paintball guns for use on patrol(didn't mention brand); theirs had the pressure turned ALL the way up, and the ball were filled with paint and BBs. Said they truly got the attention of rock-throwers and idiots who wouldn't move their car out of the way.

How about ratcheting up the dispersal factor a few notches by filling the cartridges with pig's blood instead of paint?
