Its the Samuel B Roberts on the back of the Mighty Servant 2. We had cause to use the Mighty Servant in 1988 when she piggy-backed the Southampton home following her collision with the MV Torbay in the Persian Gulf. I was on the Jupiter at the time, and we had to cut short our trip to Mombassa, to take over some of her duties.
I think it may be 1 of 4 subs, purchased by Canada from the mothballed British fleet, that had a fire on board during transit "to the colonies" a couple of years ago. Then again, maybe not.

A giant floating drydock, I believe that is the USS Cole after the terrorist attack on it.

Is the sub on the left an Akula or an Alfa?
No, probably a Victor 1.
Cheers
