It's not a fake, it was for Allure magazine's annual Naked Issue. She, Jill Scott, Zoe McLellan, and Gabrielle Union all posed naked and were photographed in that same setting.

It is apparently her, in a nude photo for Allure magazine. Looks like they've airbrushed every inch of her. A tough job but someone's got to do it...
