[Sorry to say, I don’t like Elliot Abrams. He’s touted as a friend of Israel, but never fails to try to keep the deadly “peace process” afloat. In his piece below - and probably by accident - Abrams confirms what a number of Israelis have been telling me all along, and what I have been telling you: Netanyahu gives a great speech, but take a closer look and you find he doesn’t follow-thru. df]

[Netanyahu’s] government has unilaterally reduced Israeli settlement construction and largely constrained it to a narrow segment of territory…. Israel is still constructing, but not in a way that will prevent a realistic peace settlement.
