- What a 'surprise' a Judge from SFO has decided (1) that the President cannot enforce the law or defend the border, but (2) said Judge can dictate national policy from the bench.

 

Sure, this will go to SCOTUS for adjudication, but until it does, who is the Captain of this ship? This twinkletoes Judge?
